Pikelets are always fun to make, the only thing I forgot to say in my
pikelet recipe below is that I use non-fat milk ( green top for those who live down under). Only because I never have full fat milk in the house....I had a little helper, here are our efforts.

All made and ready to eat.... |

one extra large pikelet for the hungry.... |

Whip up some cream until stiff..... |

Usually we use raspberry jam but
this one is really good too! |

Spread the jam on the pikelet and blob a spoonful
of whipped cream on the top... |

I love pikelets.......Yummy! |

Just a couple more bites..... |

And it's all gone! |
