Piklets Yum Yum

Pikelets are always fun to make, the only thing I forgot to say in my pikelet recipe below is that I use non-fat milk ( green top for those who live down under). Only because I never have full fat milk in the house....I had a little helper, here are our efforts.

All made and ready to eat....
one extra large pikelet for the hungry....
Whip up some cream until stiff.....
Usually we use raspberry jam but
 this one is really good too!
Spread the jam on the pikelet and blob a spoonful
of whipped cream on the top...
I love pikelets.......Yummy!
Just a couple more bites.....
And it's all gone!
